Mother not eating or drinking the last 4 days. She is sleeping too much as well. Getting concerned. What should I do?

ER! She should have been taken earlier. Dehydration can be life-threatening.The ER will check her for Covid.

Treat this as an emergency. Call 911 and have your mother transported to the ER for a full medical evaluation right away!
