Yes, you are correct. They will want money when he passes.

As he has NOT passed, IF he doesn't wish them to be enriched by his death, he should see an attorney and make a will.

If he dies intestate then his estate, whatever it is, will be divided according to the laws of your state.

With all these answers..
if you’re concerned ask dad for a copy oh will, and send siblings, POA, etc.
You n siblings should have a copy.. that is if he has a will

Maybe Dad will live longer than he has money to pay for the care home. Then nobody gets anything. Are u sure they are in his will. At their ages their addictions are not new. They must have been addicts when he was able to have a will drawn up.

Just except what it is. You'll be better off.

You've been writing about this situation since 2021. It's up to your father who he leaves his money to. Your siblings dont have to "deserve" an inheritance, but nobody said life is fair. Sad but true.
