Is there anyway to erceive umemployment benefits in the state of Texas, if you quit you job to care for your parent, that requires total care 24/7?

And can I get paid for caring for my Mother, who is on Medicare?

How can I receive income as the sole care giver for my 88 year old mom who just undergone a hip surgery and is now is a good rehab program? She requires 24/7 and I do not wish to put her into a elder housing as she has signs of dementia.
