Can you please answer the following two questions:

1-My father is in a nursing home on Medicaid. My mother is residing in their home which they own under joint title.
Can she sell the house and buy another?
2--If she would opt not to live in the same community would she still be entitled the $1955.00 spouse contribution which she is presently receiving out her husbands pension? Thanks
