My brothers and sisters are now facing the challenge of moving my parents closer to family. My father has the beginning stages of Dimensia and my mom is struggling to get around. She now realizes its time. Does anyone know of a worksheet or form that I can use to collect all thier finance information? They have a reverse mortage. I am trying to gather their finances to see what they can afford when they move and what we need to chip in to make this work. Just wondering if there is such a form or worksheet that I can work thru with my mom so I ask all the right questions and gather all the information.
