Much of that was not in the contract. I asked why Mom was placed on level 1 care after a year, the Administrator didn't know, she had to ask around, then called back to tell me it was because Mom took medication, but she told me at Mom's yearly evaluation that it was because Mom fell at the facility breaking a hip and needed someone to watch while she took a shower.
Read your contract. It is all spelled out in the contract, including the level of care you agreed upon, which MD you want, who can visit, whether or not outside travel is safe, nutrition needs and PT/OT, podiatry and hair salon.
