My so called father is coming after me for abuse of POA.

The man needs to be locked up. He was physically and mentally abusive to me and my sister mother also. NPD no one knows or wants to help.

Have you considered just resigning POA? I sure would not want to have any ties to such a person.

But how did he say you abused it. Spent money on yourself. Sold something of his. We need to know what he is accusing to help you.

I think that you need to talk to a lawyer and the police about him. On what grounds does he claim that you have abused your POA? Who is the POA for?
