NEVER USE CNA!!!!! They are absolutely awful. Crooks! We’ve had nothing but problems with them. Every month I have to fight with them to pay mom. I get so sick of it. Their customer service is oblivious. I’ve threatened several times with a lawsuit and then they will get on their butts and pay mom. I hope nobody has to deal with them too.
