Yes! Imagine how those IN the nursing homes ..patients, workers, and their families feel. I feel horrible for all of them, and what he did. No excuse!
His despicable actions prove his inability .. or refusal! .. to make good decisions. He shows a complete disregard tor what's common knowledge regarding coronavirus, like its 'targeted population.' His actions also show his lack of conscious, and quite possibly his lack of basic sanity.
