Please pray for Pat O., a lady from my caregivers support group. She lost her hubby today to Alzheimer’s. But for Russell he’s free of this wretched disease!
I will be honored to pray for your friend who lost her husband. I lost my husband a year and 5 months ago, so I certainly understand what she will be going through. While she will have relief that she no longer has to care for him or worry about him, she will still grieve the man she loved and is no more. And she will be lost for a while until she figures out what it is she wants to do next with her life. Please tell her to just take her time to grieve however she sees fit and not to rush the process. I pray God's peace and comfort over her in the days, weeks and months ahead.
