Check Freecycle, a site dedicated to letting people give their stuff away. A neighbor who is a social worker posted a request on Facebook for donations of home medical aids for her low-income clients. I gave her several boxes of linens, a walker, etc from my parents. I also donated a lot of adult diapers, diabetic test strips, Ensure, and hearing aid batteries to a local government agency that provides supplies to cancer patients. They request donation in unsealed boxes but took everything I had anyway.
I doubt any institution can accept them due to sanitary reasons, but try offering them for free on Nextdoor.com or craigslist.org as I think individuals would be happy to have them.
A medical equipment store may be willing to buy back the beds and other equipment.
You can also ask local churches if they have forums where you can advertise these items.
