Written by Susan Garland, this article is just excellent with a lot of information on just when, why and how a reverse Mortgage might actually work well for some seniors.

Alva, I think 'paywalled' means you have to pay a subscription to access it. Lots of medical sites are like that. Perhaps post whether you pay yourself, so people know if they will be able to get the article.

Anyway, good article if your local library gets NYT and other papers as mine does.
