GA, thanks! I searched her name on this forum and she has authored several articles that can be found on this website -- and they are fairly current.

Apparently Sollitto worked for Aging Care.   But the other jobs she held reveal other positions.    If I remember correctly, RICOH (her current employer) used to make office machines, copiers, I think, but that was a century or so ago.    (It's not worth it to me to look any farther.)

I've wondered how much advertising and other less helpful information was included in "content" management, but honestly, a lot of the new categorizations don't interest me ("influencer" being one).
