Despite not celebrating it here, I think the message of giving thanks is a worthy one.

I suppose I technically could celebrate too as my DH's family apparently includes pilgrims who immigrated from Suffolk, England to the New World in America - before centuries later immigrating again to Aus.
Had a wonderful family time for my husband at his Memory Care facility. We reserved a room there and 13 family members attended. Son and his family took charge of food prep and cleaning up. We decided need to do every couple of weeks. Even brought his dog. My husband was so happy. We soon will celebrate 60 years of marriage. We are making the most of this situation and try to share positiveness. May God Bless you all as we make this journey together, one step at a time.
