"We have promised ourselves that we shall always treat our residents as we would our own loved ones. Nothing less than our best will do."
This is a simple promise that the staff at Emeritus at East Mesa - and throughout Emeritus Senior Living communities - has shared since 1999, when our community first opened its doors. It's a simple promise to be compassionate and kind, understanding and respectful - a promise to become extended family to the seniors entrusted in our care and to our residents who have chosen our senior living community.
The Perfect Location
Emeritus at East Mesa is just a short distance from the scenic Superstition Mountains, Las Sendas and the breathtaking views of Usery Pass. Our residents enjoy our weekly scenic drives through the Superstition Mountains.
We are also conveniently located near the Red Mountain 202 Freeway and US 60, making us an easy drive from Gold Canyon, Queen Creek, Mesa and Gilbert. We are located in the heart of East Mesa down the street from Banner Baywood Hospital and near many skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities if ever needed.
A Wonderful Selection
Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with several courtyards, lovely gardens and walking pathways, Emeritus at East Mesa is not your typical memory care community. Our community was designed to make the lives of those with memory loss easier by providing smaller living environments that do not overwhelm our residents, while still having ample space throughout the community to provide the social stimulation that is an integral part of our care program. Emeritus at East Mesa is described as a home-like and warm environment by the families that are a part of our community.
Strong, Caring Professional Relationships
Our goal is to get those who are in need of senior services “safely somewhere.” We partner with local area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers and doctors in order to be a useful and educated resource. Through the communications and relationships that we share with key staff within these affiliations, we provide a seamless continuum of care for our residents.
Our Staff
Emeritus at East Mesa celebrates the longevity of our staff. The management team is comprised of professionals that have tenures as long at 10 years in our building. We like to think of our staff as extensions of our community family and seek employees that desire a rewarding career with longevity.
Our senior living community was recently recognized in the February 2010 edition of "The View" newspaper. Additionally, we are recognized as a premier memory care community by other industry professionals.
