Care Consultation and Senior Advising - We help families by taking time to understand their loved one’s needs and then customize a care solution for their budget and care requirements. Each family and situation is unique and we understand that home care services may not always be the best option for certain situations. We take an objective view of each situation and consult the family on all possible care options and financing plans that would meet their needs. Options include independent living assisted living facilities, board and care homes, skilled nursing care, etc.
Our Service Area – Serving all of Fairfield County, Litchfield County, New Haven County, Danbury, Newtown, Southbury, New Milford, Monroe, Trumbull, Fairfield, Westport, Stratford, Bridgeport, New Haven, Southbury, Waterbury and surrounding towns.
Our Caregivers - are totally committed, highly qualified, and carefully selected individuals who are thoroughly screened, background checked, bonded, and insured. Our typical caregiver profile is either a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A), Certified Home Health Aide (C.H.H.A) or experienced care-giver with two years work experience.
Veterans and their Surviving Spouses - can receive up to 15-30 hours of free care per week paid for via a little understood VA Aid & Attendance Pension Benefit. Our team of accredited VA agents can assist you in applying for this benefit and getting approved. This benefit can provide funds for care for many years.

I appreciate the kind care my Mom receives from Deb at Castle Group Home Care. Right from the start I knew I would feel better knowing she was there every day. The manager helped us through a difficult process to get started and I was able to contact him any time of day, with any question, no matter how trivial. Castle Group provided excellent service for my mother in her final months. They were kind, caring, and kept me up to date about physical and mental changes. Joan, Evelyn, and Jessica kept my mom comfortable, and treated her with the utmost respect. When they started they went to the rehab facility mom was in. There they visited with speech pathology, and physical therapy to learn the intricacies of my mother's care needs. Dan at Castle Group followed up with any questions that were asked. He also made sure the care provided was the best there was. Mom has since passed in July at home where she wanted to be. This would not have been possible if it weren't for Dan, Joan, Evelyn, Jessica, and the Castle Group. I highly recommend them to those in need of care.

We are very pleased with the level of service we have received from Dan at Castle Group Home Care. When you leave your family member/elder in the care of someone you do not know, it can be very worrisome. This is not the case with Castle Group. We are very comfortable with the aide that Dan has chosen for our mother. She is dependable and trustworthy. Having the family portal is another great piece to the Castle Group level of service.
