What to Expect
Dan Patterson, President/Owner and the dedicated ComForCare Team will take time to listen to your concerns. Once we have a better understanding of your needs, we will share care options, provide further details, and schedule a home visit to conduct a needs evaluation.

Home Visit
We give families the opportunity to get to know us better during the in-home visit. One of our staff members will evaluate your loved one's needs, as well as those of your family. We will set goals for care, perform fall prevention and home safety checks, and discuss costs and funding options.

Nurse Evaluation
Once we agree upon to the level of care, one of our experienced nurses will visit to perform a complete assessment of your loved one’s physical, mental and social needs. The nurse will use the assessment to develop a personalized care plan that will be followed by your caregiver at every visit.
