Are you struggling with caring for an aging loved one? We are experts in compassionate care. We provide certified caregivers, non-medical caregivers, and in-home aides to work with seniors and individuals of all ages who live with health limitations, such as Alzheimer disease, dementia, or Parkinsons. In-home care is a great way to get the help you need. You may be a senior who needs assistance with daily living activities, so trust our caregivers to help with meal preparation or personal care. You may also be caring for your aging parent and just need someone to be with them while you run errands. Home care services are versatile, flexible, and customized for your comfort, peace of mind and well-being.
Our service is superb. We answer our main phone number 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The person who answers is an employee who knows the business, the clients and all the caregivers. In the event you need to talk to one of the principals in the firm, they know how to reach us at all hours.
Independently owned and operated by Ray and Carole Fitzgibbon, we understand the load and strain you are under while trying to care for a loved one, work and run your own life. We started this business in order to help folks like you. After going down the same road as family caregivers, we have now served over 500 clients. From the start, our commitment has been to solve problems for our clients as if they were members of our own family. A benefit of this approach is that we have now seen and solved most problems that are out there. We are now in a position to assist you as you enter into this phase.
You will never hear us say ‘We don’t do that’ or ‘we can’t help you’ or ‘our policies prevent us from being able to help you.’ What you will hear is ‘if we can’t help you, we know folks who can. Let me look into that. I will get right back to you.’
We do not simply provide caregivers and invoices. We solve problems. So that after talking with us, you are in a better place than you were before you called.

Why Choose SYNERGY HomeCare?
Living independently without the need for help feels good. However, what happens when you need just a little bit of help at home to stay safe and healthy? Sometimes it is not so easy to ask or it may not be so easy for family & friends to help while also trying to balance their other responsibilities.
What if you could turn to someone for just a little bit of that extra help? It could mean that you do not have to wait until a family member has time to stand by the door while you bathe. It could mean that you could write your own letters and cards (with our caregivers as your scribe) to surprise loved ones. It could mean that you have some extra help to clip coupons, get groceries, and make a favorite meal (instead of relying on a can soup, frozen dinners, or tea, and toast). It could mean having the help needed to maintain a clean, less cluttered home so that you can move about without falling. It could mean that your son or daughter will stop worrying about you when they live in another town, state, or country. This is why SYNERGY HomeCare is a solution.
First Steps?
SYNERGY HomeCare understands that the first step in determining what type of care is most appropriate is to meet with a client and their family for a complimentary in-home assessment and visit. During this visit, we want to learn more about how a client’s day-to-day activities are impacted by the symptoms they are experiencing so that together we can develop a customized plan of care for our care team to follow.
Our Team
SYNERGY HomeCare’s compassionate, skilled and screened caregivers provide relief for everyone in the family. Those who cannot be on the scene can take comfort in knowing an experienced, responsible professional is on hand to cope with whatever issues may arise.
Our Caregivers
At SYNERGY HomeCare, we know how hard it is to entrust someone else with the health, safety and happiness of your loved one. You may wonder, "Can I trust this person in my home? Will my mom feel comfortable with her caregiver? Do they know how to care for someone with Alzheimer’s?”
You want an experienced, responsible caregiver. We understand that a true companion must share similar interests with your family member and understand their emotional and physical needs. We provide caregiver recommendations based on the customized care plan we develop with you, as well as the individual skills and strengths of our caregivers.
You and your family are encouraged to stay involved in the planning of your parent's care; your family will be included in all aspects of care planning. We will always notify you of any change in their condition and at any time, you can reach your local office to discuss the plan of care.
To protect you and your family, SYNERGY HomeCare takes on the responsibility of employing and managing your caregiver. Each SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver is:
• A W-2 employee
• Bonded & insured
• Experienced & Dependable
• Screened through a national criminal background check
• Ongoing specialized training
• Quality assurance and performance evaluations
