Our campus is located just across the legendary Rogue River from downtown Grants Pass – a large town of 34,000 residents surrounded by mountains and ancient forests. Grants Pass is a destination for many people wishing to experience all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer – including our own residents. In fact, with two buses and a van, we are able to take residents on all kinds of outings – to Seven Feathers Casino in Canyonville, to the Wildlife Safari in Winston, to Redwood National Park and Crater Lake National Park – easy day trips – and even adventures to the Oregon Coast, for lunch, shopping and sight-seeing.
Right in our own neighborhood are all kinds of shops and stores, from Albertson’s and Wal-Mart to antique stores, specialty shops and art galleries located in our historic downtown. We are also fortunate to have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate area, and the largest Doctor’s Park – Grants Pass Medical Clinic – as well as Three Rivers Community Hospital are just a half-mile away.
