I am writing this review about Entrust Senior Care because I wanted to share how extraordinarily thoughtful its operations manager, Ric, is. My 82-year-old mother first called Ric to see if Entrust Senior Care could provide care for my ailing 89-year-old father. After their chat, my mom got an unrelated call from her health insurance company. But when she attempted to call them back, she mistakenly called Ric's number instead, and in her confusion tried to leave her account number on his voicemail. As soon as Ric got that message, he immediately called my mom -- TWICE -- just to make sure that no one was trying to scam my mom out of any credit card information. It was remarkably conscientious of him. Ric then came to our apartment for an in-person interview/assessment, and presented us with a terrific care program for my dad. We were so impressed we agreed to start using Entrust the following week. But sadly, my dad passed away a couple of days later. So I let Ric know that we would not be needing his services. Later that day, Ric sent us an absolutely lovely sympathy bouquet -- my mom and I were both touched by this incredibly compassionate gesture. So although we are not currently using Entrust, we absolutely will if/when my mom gets to the point where she needs senior care, as I believe the examples above show just how much Ric cares about his clients.
