Living close to Sun City Center was the key. We are usually in that general area most times during the week so a short visit into the office was not out of the realm of a visit if need be. Our needs were discussed with the owner manager of Right at Home. Wife and I are 89 and both with physical issues mine more on the severe side but both managing as best as we can. Friends and neighbors have been a great help but living in a retirement community, they being younger, eventually age and cannot help anymore and one hates to impose and place needed demands on such people. We just thought it was time to look at hiring, controlling our needs on our terms. First, called Right at Home near to where we live. Victor managing director was pleasant under stood our needs, willing to be flexible when I use the word "our", pleased with what he had to say. And, more than pleased with services rendered on our first use of their service.

Over the past 3± years, Right at Home has devoted time on a 24/7 basis to deliver the best possible care for my mom and step father. Most of us want to remain independent, but when total independence is no longer an option, Right at Home does their very best to help and ultimately relieves the anxiety that inflicts elderly as aging progresses. I am currently 52, and routine tasks are easily manageable for me; however, sometime in the future when I require assistance similar to my mom/step father, I hope R.A.H. will be there. Everyone has pitched in when necessary. The Executive Director, is a wonderful person and the world needs more people like him.

Upon meeting us and thoroughly collecting information of my father’s needs, the owner Victor Santoro designed a home care plan made specifically to address his physical and emotional needs. He handpicked a care team based upon these needs. The team has been very responsive and quick to adjust their plan of care based on any daily changes that may arise. They are responsible, efficient, and thorough with their care of my father. The care team has been easy to reach by phone at the house or via text messaging. The portal Right At Home uses is always readily available and easy to use. Victor is also responsive to any improvements, suggestions, or changes that will make our dads day better. Victor and his team put forth tremendous efforts to ensure that my father is comfortable and healthy at all times of day. They have even gone above and beyond our expectations, by helping change tires and fix household appliances.
