Exciting things have been happening since Belmont Village broke ground in January 2011 on our 21st community located at 13850 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard in Scottsdale. Our Information Center is scheduled to open this fall, where Scottsdale residents will be able to get a glimpse of the good things to come when we officially open our doors in the spring of 2012. This will be our first community in Arizona, and we’re very pleased and proud to be able to bring Belmont Village’s signature services, care, programs and amenities to Scottsdale seniors and families.
elmont Village Scottsdale is conveniently situated in the center of several world-class health care facilities, including Scottsdale Healthcare Shea Medical Center, Scottsdale Healthcare Thompson Peak Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and Mayo Hospital in North Phoenix.
Abundant shopping, restaurants and entertainment are available just four miles west on Scottsdale Road, and we’re just five miles east of the new One Scottsdale center currently under construction. Also nearby are numerous churches and synagogues, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West Architectural Fellowship and Foundation, the Tournament Players (TPC) golf course, nationally renowned WestWorld of Scottsdale Equestrian Center, and several world-class resorts and golf courses.
Belmont Village Scottsdale will offer 136 studio and one-bedroom Assisted Living residences, including a separate, secured Alzheimer’s Neighborhood with 25 private apartments. Residents will enjoy Belmont Village’s customary high standard of care, beautifully appointed common areas, industry-leading programs, and luxurious amenities.
In keeping with Belmont Village’s “community within a community” philosophy, the three-story building will reflect the contemporary, Frank Lloyd Wright architectural style of the area. The community will feature multiple common areas and courtyards, including an exterior dining patio, garden terrace, swimming pool, on-site fitness center, and technology center with Wi-Fi access.
