SYNERGY HomeCare of Fort Worth serves over 2,200 square miles, in more than 38 zip codes in the surrounding areas of Fort Worth, Aledo, Benbrook, Burleson, Cleburne, Granbury, Glen Rose, Mansfield, Mineral Wells, Weatherford, and everywhere in between. The company also services the counties of Parker, Tarrant, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Erath and Somerville.
The company is located in Willow Park, TX and is owned and operated by Amanda and Ryan Kropski, a husband-and-wife duo who have lived all over the country and finally settled in Amanda’s home state of Texas in 2018.
Prior to taking over SYNERGY HomeCare based in Fort Worth, Amanda served as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in several different medical environments. While living in Minnesota, she served as the lead CNA of a large home health agency, where she had her first experiences creating and helping manage care plans. In 2018, The Kropski’s moved back to Texas, as Amanda’s father, who battled ALS for over 10 years, started declining. Once back in her home state, she was quickly employed as the Care Coordinator of a newly franchised home care agency, where she managed the individual care plans of every single client in their database. Following her time there, she was hired in 2021 as the administrator at SYNERGY HomeCare based in Fort Worth, before taking over ownership on November 28, 2022.
Ryan is a Minneapolis native and an Air Force veteran. He was stationed in Delaware when he first met Amanda back in 2008, and he has worked full-time at Lockheed Martin as a fighter jet mechanic for the last three and a half years. In January, Ryan took over ownership of the Fort Worth-based SYNERGY HomeCare franchise with Amanda.
The Kropski’s believe ownership of a home care agency would not only benefit the countless families, employees and veterans surrounding them, but that it would also do good for their family as well. They strive to bring a new level of empathy to the industry, as a majority of their lives have been spent in and around healthcare, which is what initially inspired them to take ownership of their own in-home care agency.
Outside of their work lives, Amanda and Ryan have been married for 12 years and have two boys, Luke, 7, and Eli, who is almost 6. They have 2 puppies and are enjoying the country living in Peaster, Texas.
The Kropski’s are compassionate caregivers with a long history of service. Their doors are always open to anyone looking for non-medical assistance, from companion care to personal care to specialized care for people with chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery. They do not require hourly or weekly minimums, which allows families to pick when they actually need care. They are also proud to serve the veteran community.
