As the owner of SYNERGY serving Broomfield, Boulder and North Metro areas, I personally have experienced the need for caregiving and the dilemmas we all face when this matter touches our families. It is confusing, frustrating and stressful; and nothing seems ideal. Our staff has faced similar challenges and is committed to helping you navigate all options available to find what works best for your family dynamic. We provide our consultation at NO CHARGE. Our goal is to listen closely to your unique needs to help guide you in making an informed choice, whether you choose our service or not. If our services are a fit for your needs, our care assessment team will work with you and your family as a health partner. Together we will create a specific care plan that meets all of your care requirements including coordination of care with your doctor or other medical specialists. We provide our Care Assessment at NO CHARGE.

Adherence to Quality Standards. Our industry is regulated by the Colorado State Department of Health and Environment. This requires that all of the processes by which we deliver care are strictly monitored to comply with all laws and regulations. We meet, and in most cases, exceed these standards. If you or your loved one desires to continue to live at home, you can be confident that SYNERGY will make this the safest and best experience possible. Training With Purpose. SYNERGY sets the industry standard with our innovative training lab, SYNERGY HomeCare University. Our caregivers receive many hours of classroom and hands on, lab-based training before providing home care services for our clients. Training includes everything from safe transfers and ambulation assistance to infection control management, Peri-care and understanding various disease processes and how they effect the elderly and their families. Additionally, our caregivers receive extensive training in dementia that meet the qualifications of the Colorado Alzheimer’s Association “Leaders in Dementia Care” certification. We provide our clients the very best assistance with their activities of daily living (ADLs) to help maintain independence at home.

Providing A Caregiver Difference. SYNERGY has a very selective hiring process to screen for only the best and most capable caregivers that demonstrate a passion for caring. Additionally, our caregivers undergo criminal and background screening and are bonded and insured. Our caregivers are true employees (W-2) of SYNERGY. All of this combined provides maximum protection for our client’s personal and financial well-being.
Together with the strong foundation of training that we provide, our caregivers are matched to meet your unique care needs to ensure your plan of care is successful. Our caregivers become the on-ground quarterback for the family to monitor changes in condition and to help our clients engage with other professional resources to proactively manage health and well-being. We regularly communicate with our clients and healthcare providers to provide a coordinated approach to care.

Person-Centered Care Philosophy. Most unique to our CARE process is our approach to delivering care to our clients. We train our caregivers with the most current research and philosophies. Our focus is to help our clients maintain independence at home. Independence includes the maintenance of our client’s “personhood.” A change in health condition is more than a physical manifestation of disease. In person-centered care, we assist in restoring our client’s faith in his/her own being while delivering the physical care they need assistance with.
