Do Lewey Body dementia patients become aggressive at times?

YES ... must maintain medications the one that works the best for my mother is Seroquel. Which calms the delusions & aggressivness. She takes 50 mg in am & at pm but recently I had to add a new dosage 25 mg at noon.
