Is there a need to keep AARP & Prescription AARP with Medicaid waiver?

My mother, early Alzheimer's, just received her Medicaid waiver and moved into a WONDERFUL assisted living apartment. Does Medicaid pay everything or is there a need to keep AARP and Prescription AARP? We can't afford it. I've asked our county senior services caseworker, and she can't/won't give me an answer.
