Are there options for over-night care for my mother who is recovering from a stroke?

My 75 yr. old mother is recovering from a stroke and my father has a difficult time helping her, especially at night. My siblings and I switch nights to cover for bathroom breaks, bouts with dementia, etc. They do have visiting nurses during the day to assist with daily activities. It has been many, many, months now and we don't see an end in sight. Short of them moving in with one of us, are there other options for overnight nurse care to come to thier place of residence?
