My 93-year-old mother was placed in rehab/nursing home due to a fall. My father wants to be with her. Is there a place that accepts Medicaid where they can live together?

My mother(93) was placed in rehab/nursing home 2 weeks ago because of a fall (her falls have increased). My father(94) wants to be with her.
She needs constant supervision because she can't remember to use her walker where he doesn't. Does anyone know of places which accept medicaid where they can live together while she receives the supervision she needs?
