I have a disabled child, will Medicaid pay me to stay home?

You may be able to get a stipend for a few hours. You should check directly with Medicaid. Their rules are strict, but they may have something. Good luck. This is tough, I know.

You should look into In Home Support Service. I live in CA & the state pays me through the program to stay home & take care of my daughter. They look at what you do for the disabled person that is above & beyond what you would have to do for a "normal" child/adult at that age.
