How can a person get help finacialy for taking care of parent and brother that lives with them?

Please check with your state Web site under Aging Services and find a local contact since most funds are locally administered. Also, the brother is different than a parent. Is he a veteran? Is there help there? You should check that out.
Good luck with this. It's hard to get paid well for caregiving - which isn't as it should be. But there is some help available in some cases.

just found out last night my mother has cronic artritis in her knee, this will take a lot of care giving which i dont mind i love her and i thank god for giving me this time with her. our states should help us care givers just a nough so we can care for our loved ones i dont ask for much just anough to get by
