Use a reputable site that has updated forms for your state. Also, when you do complete the forms, pay close attention to the filing details. Some things need to be notarized others witnessed. Some states ask you to file a copy at the county/city court house. Overall, I found it very easy to use. Print out several offical copies and have each signed and notarized.
