Where can I get some help caring for someone with COPD?

Do you mean you need respite care for a COPD patient? Do you want a caregiver for the patient? Contact your local Area Agency on Aging they may have volunteers who will stay with him/her while you are away. Be aware that they are there only for a limited time (1-2 hours) so caregivers can have a break. They don't provide any sort of care, hand out meds or make meals, etc...
