See if your state has a medicade waiver program. They go by your income. I got my mother on it and she gets help with bathing and home care. She also gets meals on wheels 5 days a week and also free bed pads and pull ups or diapers for adults. Call the human services in your area and they can direct you. I do know they go by your income and disability. It is worth a try. Good Luck
