That is what I keep telling my family. They want me to put him in a home and I kept saying medicaid wouldn't pay for it, I make too much money and said it is for poor people. I thought about doing it just to have some peace. They are afraid he is going to kill me. 86% of caregivers die first. So why don't they give me more help. Only time I get away is to go to the store or work in our office 2-3 afternoons a week. Thanks for getting back with me.

Medicare.gov also has a tool that lets you enter some information about your parent/spouse to find out they are eligilble. Here's the link:
