I have an 37-year-old son who needs 24 hour care. I'm considering relocating back to Illinois to be closer to family. Can I recieve fiancal help?

I'd check the Illinois state Web site and see what they have available for disabled adults. Each state is different, so that's you best route to get information for one area.
