How do you find a lawyer for caregivers rights?

'i want to know how do you fine a lawyer for caregivers rights, and do you have to have lienses to be a caregiver???

EXPERT Carol Bradley Bursack, CDSGF Oct 2010
You should find an elder law attorney who knows what is legal for adult caregiving in your state. You don't need to be licensed to care for a family member (in most states) but if you are caring for someone else, you should check with your state regulations. An elder law attorney can help answer both questions.
