Where can I find a heart disease caregiver support group in my area?

Try calling your local Alzheimer's Association. Even if you aren't coping with an Alzheimer's patient, they may have more information for you.
Many local newspapers have online calendars for support groups, as well.
Your social services people also may know of something local.
Please go if you can.
