Can I be paid as caregiver living with and completely caring for my 86-year-old mother who lives in her own home, has Medicare & sup. insur?

My mother doesn't have an attorney. Do I need to get one? Thanks.

You certainly can! A "Service Agreement", properly drawn and substantiated is needed for you to get paid (substantial amounts) for performing these Geriatric Care Services. Please contact your mother's estate attorney, and/or google your question. There is a lot of information on this on the internet. Good luck!

I don't know but perhaps you can check with an eldercare attorney.
