You will need to talk to an elder attorney or social worker. Be very careful of either. A social worker can cause you a world of trouble and even have you brought up on charges.
Better to google medicaid. The .gov sites explain most of what you will need to know & the seven doors screenig required. I would advise getting an attorney to help fill out the paperwork.
