Almost all seniors can benefit from some form of physical exercise - but be sure to check with his/her doctor before beginning an exercise program. The type of excercise will depend on any physicial limitations the senior has, or cardiological, respiratatory, or joint problems. Stretching is good in almost any case, and light cardio, such as walking or even swimming might be right for others. But again, be sure to check with the doctor first!
