Look on the internet for Home Health Care in the area of Florida, make sure that the company is bonded, State Licenses, check with the Florida State board of Heath to make sure they have no pending complaints. Ask for referances, interview them, and thier aids, compare rates, ask if they pay thier aids miles, how do they screen thier employees? Ask friends if they have hired a Home Health Company as well. A local Senior Center will have referrals as well for you.
