My mother is in a nursing home facility and I'm her legal guardian. I made a comment to the executive director now she is discharging my mother. What do I do?

i agree thts s ridiculous tkae your mom out f that facility and look for a better one. i did alot of reserch before i had my mom put in a nursing home only because I don't trust some of these places because of abuse and neglect in these places. all they want is money my mom was in a home for 3 weeks she died from the last stages of alzhemiers at 92 yrs old. I made sure that she got best care. it took me time to find a good home for her.. i would difantly ask alot of quiestions mean while look for another facility

Are you saying that they are discharging your mother ONLY because you made mention of sewer gas? That's ridiculous. There must be another reason. Start asking questions.
