Make a copy of the aides' credentials (including ID), conduct a background check, and file a written complaint both with the agency and the local Dept. of the Aging.
People disrespect others who allow themselves to be disrespected, so confront these individuals' behaviors and let them know how you feel. Also, don't stoop to their level and make threats you won't carry out. Make it happen.
In the meantime, start shopping for a reputable and affordable agency that actually treats people like human beings.
