Do you ever take a break? I mean is it 24/7 that you're caring for your mom? For heavens sake, get yourself out once in awhile and take time off. Go to lunch, movie, shopping or whatever. Re-establish contact with your friends, you're gonna need the distraction. Get yourself an IPOD, load it with your favorite music and go to your 'happy place' when the stress builds. Find a good church and get involved there. Other than that, I don't know. Good luck.
