Small, but frequent Bowel Movement

I'm thinking a little more background information would help. I know that my 94 year old mom with AD struggled for years with hemorrhoids and bleeding and made some of the problems she had with it worse herself. All these years later I think that affected her digestive system. She goes to the bathroom frequently (not yet incontinent) and nearly always has a noisy watery bowel movement. She has actually pulled me into the bathroom to show me when she had a formed bm because it is so unusual for her.

I wish I could give you help here but I don't think we can do anything about my mom's situation at this point and a little more information about your situation might help others respond.
