How do you handle family disagreements?

What are the disagreements? There are so many avenues that could be discussed. Money, health, validity of diagnosis ..... We are experiencing a little of all of it. It seems that misinformation, lack of knowledge (or lack of concern), and distance creates a mountain of distrust and criticism from those who do nothing!! Which area are you struggling with?
