Why does my dad have to pay $300.00 US Dollars, for each Chemotherapy Injection for his bladder cancer? He is 80-years-old!! Lives in FL.

I don't understand the question I guess. Are you asking why Medicare or something like that isn't picking up the tab? Otherwise I would say, he doesn't have to pay $300 per injection if he stops taking them.
