I think it is a good idea for the doctor to tell the POA if he/she changes the dosage of a medication. Is this a Federal Law?

Hi Hopeful--I am not sure whay type of POA you are referring to/ POA for health-I would assume the doctor/ or facility-inform you of any changes....Also you as POA can ask questions on a regular basis-If you are not happy with the reply you are receiving, then it is time to go over the head of someone holding back-and you can contact your local association on aging for their input.
