Majority of grown children do not get paid for taking care of a parent unless the parent can pay you from their own retirement fund. If yes, then you would need to draw up an employment contract.
Otherwise, if your parent can be approved for Medicaid... depending on your State, there might be a program that could pay you minimum wage for a few hours each week.
There are very limited resources to be paid to care for a family member. I would suggest contacting your county's division of aging. If your dad qualifies for Medicaid and you live in a "cash and counsel" state you may find some resources. But the truth is no program will replace the wages/benefits of a job. The best you can hope for is a little money to supplement your expenses.
