Is there a wallet card I can buy that will have all my family's information on it so we can leave with my elder parents when we travel?
card should have children's names & info for notification of emergency or death

My question: Is there such a card available to print or buy? We travel a lot & need something such as a wallet card to let people know who to notify should an emergency or death occur.
